Just a quick one. Here is my first attempt at needle felting. It's passable I think. I have felted the light blue wool in a swirly design, but the photo isn't too great.
Hello Monda's Sister!!! (Sorry, I had to call you that because I have a secret ambitition to get my sister to have a blog and to call it "Lucy's BIG sister's blog"!)
Hope the fair goes well - between the two of you you will have a fantastic stall!

Your needle felting is lovely. I love needle felting but it's a while since I did any - I may have to get stabbing again!
Good luck with getting everything ready for your fair :)

I must have a go at needle felting at some point - is it difficult?
Good luck with the upcoming fair - I'm sure you and Monda will make a fabulous stall.

Very nice! I love the way felted knitting looks. Lovely colours too. I can't wait to see what else you've made for the fair :)
It's lovely, i need to try it too.

P.S. Welcome to blogland!
OOOhhhhhhh! Replies! How exciting! Thanks everyone for making me welcome...
Moogsmum - as you have needle felted before, any tips are gratefully received!!
Hi Kitty - there obviously is a skill to it, but quick results - feels a bit like cheating, as I usually knit the embellishments
Thanks for the lovely comments Charlie P, Pink petal and Lucy Locket.
Have been lurking around Monda's blog for ages, so I know you are all very talented which makes your comments much appreciated.
